We are looking for a person to join our team as a Server in Lansdale! Our Lansdale taproom and brewery is the first of two locations open since 2018.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but not limited to:
EDUCATE CUSTOMERS
-
Recommend beer, wine, spirits (including cocktails and happy hour specials), and food (understanding preparation, allergies, and substitutions). Stay current on tap lists, new releases, specials, events, and promotions.
SALES
-
Suggestively sell menu items, new releases, specials, and offer take-out beer/merchandise.
COMPLAINCE
-
Enforce state/company alcohol policy: ID under 35, refuse service to intoxicated guests, ensure all consumption is 21+.
OPERATIONS
-
Collect payments (tabs/separate checks). Complete opening, closing, and side-work checklists, including setting up, restocking, cleaning tables/chairs, rolling silverware, and running dishware.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1 year brewpub/restaurant serving experience.

Knowledge of craft beer.

RAMP certification obtained within 60 days of hire.

Proficient with Toast POS or similar.

HOST
We are looking for a person to join our team as a Host in Lansdale! Our Lansdale taproom and brewery is the first of two locations open since 2018.

The host is the first person our guests experience when coming to Well Crafted. This position is critical to making the best first impression by providing excellent and organized customer service from start to finish.
............................................................
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but not limited to:
Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
● Manage and schedule reservations in Resy, seat guests and manage the seating chart.
● Maintain a clean hostess desk and clean menus.
● Cater to guests that need extra attention like children and elderly.
● Provide guests with menus and answer guests questions.
● Be guest oriented and a positive representative.
SEATING MANAGEMENT

Manage the waitlist and reservations using our seating software to ensure efficient table turnover.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
-
Answer basic questions about our rotating tap list and food menu.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
-
Answer phones, manage to-go orders, and maintain a clean, organized host station.
ATMOSPHERE MAINTENANCE
-
Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and ensure menus are sanitized and presentable.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Strong customer service skills both in person and on the phone, organized and capable in managing reservations, works well under pressure, understands restaurant etiquette, being a friendly and outgoing team player, weekend availability.

Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar preferred.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a "guest-first" mindset.

Tech Savvy: Ability to learn POS and reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy).

Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Passion: A genuine interest in craft beer and local brewing culture is a major plus.
