OUR CRAFT BEER

Fuchsia Bonita - Red Currant Berliner Weisse Fruited Sour- 5% 

Bright, energetic and refreshing, this next iteration of our tart and jammy Berliner Weisse series was brewed with gobs of malted wheat, a healthy dose of milk sugar and conditioned on loads of fresh Red Currant purée. Vivid notes of strawberry, rhubarb, fresh gardenias and gooseberry.

Tiger Tail - Cereal Cream Ale  - 5.3% 

A quaffable cream ale, brewed with German Pilsner malt, flaked corn, and over 30lbs of Frosted Flakes.  This crisp, refreshing beer has notes of doughy sugar cookies, a touch of noble hops, and a fully balanced breakfast.

Mother of Perle - Kölsch - 5.5%

An easy drinking ale.  We gently hopped this classic German style with Perle hops in the kettle and then fermented it cool for a smooth and approachable drinking experience.  Delicious, lightly fruity, and balanced with a touch of floral hops.

Mystic Cow - * Nitro * Milk Stout -  5.5%

A devilishly smooth and surprisingly sessionable Milk Stout, brewed with silky oats and a balanced helping of milk sugar.  Each delicious sip offers a bouquet of bakers chocolate, espresso, dark fruits, and sweetened condensed milk. 

Verklempt -Pale Ale - 5.6% 

A full-bodied and delicious pale ale.  Brewed with a healthy helping of malted Spelt, and thoroughly dosed with Calypso, Centennial, and Denali hops.  Pungent notes of Orange Marmalade, Lemon Verbena, and Coniferous Pineapple, but it contains neither grapes, nor nuts.  Discuss.

Blonde Americano - Blonde Ale with coffee, lactose, and vanilla - 5.8%

A tasty, eye-opening Blonde Ale. Brewed with lactose and conditioned on Madagascar Vanilla beans and freshly roasted coffee from our friends at Backyard Beans Coffee Company. The blend of rich coffee, fresh vanilla, and smooth milk sugar offer a delicious and inviting experience.

Blueberry Bombadil - Blueberry Pie Berliner Weisse - 5.8%

Berliner Weisse brewed with Blueberry purée, Lactose, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Graham Crackers  

 

Easy Peasy -  Dry-hopped Saison w/  Lemon Zest - 5.8% 

Crisp and refreshing, this quaffable farmhouse style ale was brewed with Pilsner and spelt and fermented with our favorite saison yeast. Dry-hopped with a blend of Amarillo, Centennial and Comet and conditioned on heaps of lemon zest. Notes of lemon grass, Meyer Lemon and lemon squeezy.

 

Friscalating Dusklight  - Belgian Dubbel - 7%

This Belgian beauty has a deep brown color and attractive beige froth.  Brewed with an array of malts and hopped gently with Crystal.  Rich, complex malty tones mix a sweet and roasty upfront with a slightly bitter finish.  Notes of dried cherries, figs, burnt brown sugar, and toffee.

 

Glide - IPA - 7.1%

A spelt IPA made with heaps of Simcoe and Nugget hops. Like floating through a sea of clouds, as they pour rivers of fresh Mango and Lychee juice onto a sea of Papaya below. And we're glad glad glad that you'll arrive. 

Orange Colored Sky - Citrus Saison - 7%

This delightful Saison was brewed with a subtle touch of caramelized malts, fermented with fresh orange juice and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Crystal. Notes of zested Minneolas, Apricots, white wine and apocalyptic sunsets.  

Saison Houblon - IPA - 7.1%

This beer is a harmonious combination of two of our favorite styles, Saison and IPA. We hopped this farmhouse ale like one of our IPAs with heaps of Mosaic, Comet, and Jaryllo, and fermented it with a fragrant Belgian yeast strain. Notes of blueberry bubblegum, fresh squeezed lemonade, and Sunday morning mimosas. 

Citra Hop Monger - IPA - 7.2%

A special version of one of our crowd favorite IPAs, double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo. Beautiful and pungent notes of Peach Ring Candy, Meyer Lemon, Champagne mango, and a hint of Pine Sap.

Obsolete Vernacular - Helles Bock - 7.6% 

A traditional German style bock bier also referred to as a Maibock. A Pilsner base with Vienna and Munich backing malts provide a rich grainy body. Hopped with nobel Saaz and cold fermented. Lightly herbal and completely smooth.

Saison Sorrel -  Hibiscus Ginger Saison - 7.9%

Dry, floral, and dangerously enticing. This pink-hued saison was lightly spiced with pink peppercorns and steeped with tons of hibiscus flowers, fresh ginger and Simcoe and Amarillo hops. Both piquant and fruity, complex and comforting, this is one of our favorite saisons. Notes of Pink Cadillacs, jazz saxophone solos and Jamaican Holidays.

South Pacific Punch - Imperial IPA with Lactose - 7.9%

This creamy smooth Double IPA was transcontinentally hopped with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere varietals; Wakatu, Motueka, Rakau, Vic Secret, and Galaxy.  This decadent DIPA has super juicy notes of Key Lime custard, tropical cocktails, cotton candy, pink starbursts, and spectral colors

Levitate - Double IPA - 8%

​This bold and pungent Double IPA is completely saturated with juicy hop oils. Brewed with Spelt and Wheat, and aggressively hopped with Citra, Ekuanot, and a humbling touch of Columbus. Notes of Citrus Cantaloupe, Wild Blackberries, Lime, and Birthday Cake. 

Saison Caroline - Super Saison - 8.7%

This mighty fine saison was brewed with our favorite biscuity Pilsner malt and a touch of wheat, and hopped with noble Saaz.  Luxurious, full bodied notes of pear, wildflower honey, rose pedals, and Prosecco.  

Wolf Pajamas - Imperial Stout - 10.2%

A silky, decadent pour of pure indulgence.  This Imperial Stout was brewed with a mountainous array of kilned and roasted malts, giving powerful notes of baker's chocolate, Dulce De Leche, ice cream sundae, and dark cherry.

Dried apricot, kumquat, and florals on the nose. Citrusy flavors and under-ripe nectarine on the palate.

Stone & Key 2018 Chardonnay [Montgomeryville, PA]

Abundant peach and apricot on the nose.  Peach, apricot, mild creaminess on the palate.

 

RED WINES

Penns Woods Cabernet Franc [Chadds Ford, PA]

Nose of white plum, fresh leather, and overripe raspberry. Bold, yet smooth, tannins lead to a mouthwatering acidity with notes of spice and tobacco.

Stone & Key Syrah [Montgomeryville, PA]

Dark scarlet with plum and vanilla on the nose and red currant, cola, and fig on the palate.
