IPAS

NITRO Colonel Forbin - West Coast IPA - 7.2%, 16 oz pint | 7.50, 12 oz pour | 6.50, 8 oz pour | 5.50

Like a long-lost friend, this welcoming and approachable West Coast Style IPA greets with a omnipresent aura of happiness. This helping friendly beer was brewed with pale malt and a touch of light crystal and then completely saturated with a blend of Cascade, Comet, Columbus and Simcoe hops. Dank and crisp with notes of candied citrus, resinous pine, and long walks in the woods.

Hop Monger - Hazy IPA - 7.1%, 16 oz pint | 7.50, 12 oz pour | 6.50, 8 oz pour | 5.50

Our crowd favorite IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo. Beautiful and pungent notes of Peach Ring Candy, Meyer Lemon, Champagne mango, and a hint of Pine Sap.​​​​

Nectaron Hop Monger - Hazy IPA - 7.1%, 16 oz pint | 7.50, 12 oz pour | 6.50, 8 oz pour | 5.50

The Monger from down under.  This version of Hop Monger was dosed with some choice Nectaron hops from New Zealand making an already juicy juice bomb even juicer.

Grit n' Juice - Hazy IPA - 6.7%, 16 oz pint | 7.50, 12 oz pour | 6.50, 8 oz pour | 5.50

This wheat IPA is like a pure orange juice slap shot to the face. We hop-checked this beer with buckets of Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops, giving huge notes of Valencia orange, fresh blueberries, blood, sweat and grit.

Free Form #11 - Double West Coast - 8%, 12 oz pour | 7.50, 8 oz pour | 6.50

Anything goes in the Free Form series; no boundaries, but the result must flow. Eleventh in the series is a west coast double IPA. We brewed this one with a crisp, clean Pilsner malt base and a hop blend that lends a smooth bitterness from start to finish.  Hopped with a heavy dose of Mosaic in the kettle and dry hop along with support from Idaho 7 and Simcoe.  Densely dank with a pleasant fruitiness throughout.​

Levitate - Double IPA - 8.4%, 12 oz pour | 7.50, 8 oz pour | 6.50

This bold and pungent Double IPA is completely saturated with juicy hop oils. Brewed with spelt and wheat, and aggressively hopped with Citra, Ekuanot, and a humbling touch of Columbus. Notes of citrus cantaloupe, wild blackberries, lime, and birthday cake.

Cirro - Hazy Pale Ale - 5.5%, , 16 oz pint | 6.50, 12 oz pour | 5.50, 8 oz pour | 4.50

Pale ale brewed with oats and wheat malt and heavy hopped with Galaxy, Citra, and Cascade in the kettle and fermenter.  Notes of pineapple creamsicles, piña coladas, and candied grapefruit clouds.  ​

Philly Yo - Cream Ale - 5.0%, 16 oz pint | 6.50, 12 oz pour | 5.50, 8 oz pour | 4.50

Crafted for the fine city we call home, this is an easy drinking ale for any season. A moniker on William Penn's name for Philadelphia. The roots being from the Greek work "Phileo". Whatever you find yourself doing in and around the Philly area, you can never go wrong with a Philly Yo!

Mother of Perle - Kolsch - 4.8%, 16 oz pint | 6.50, 12 oz pour | 5.50, 8 oz pour | 4.50

An easy drinking ale. We gently hopped this classic German style with Perle hops in the kettle and then fermented it cool for a smooth and approachable drinking experience. Delicious, lightly fruity, and balanced with a touch of floral hops.

Flamingo Bonito - Raspberry Sour - 6.5%, 16 oz pint | 7.50, 12 oz pour | 6.50, 8 oz pour | 5.50

A delectable fruited offering that'll have you smiling after each sip! We brewed this tart Berliner Weisse with a bunch of malted wheat, a touch of milk sugar, and conditioned on loads of raspberry purée. Notes of raspberry sorbet, raspberry frozen yogurt, raspberry soda and raspberry rhubarb. Oh, and raspberry!

DARK BEER

Mystic Cow - Milk Stout - 5.5%, 16 oz pint | 7.50, 12 oz pour | 6.50, 8 oz pour | 5.50

A devilishly smooth and surprisingly sessionable Milk Stout, brewed with silky oats and a balanced helping of milk sugar. Each delicious sip offers a bouquet of baker's chocolate, espresso, dark fruits, and sweetened condensed milk.

Wolf Pajamas - Imperial Stout - 10.5%, 8 oz pour | 8

A silky, decadent pour of pure indulgence. This Imperial Stout was brewed with a mountainous array of kilned and roasted malts, giving powerful notes of baker's chocolate, Dulce De Leche, ice cream sundae, and dark cherry.

 

Solen - Baltic Porter - 9.1%, 8 oz pour | 8

Velvety smooth, this robust lager was brewed with loads of Munich and specialty malts,  hopped gently with noble Saaz, and then cold conditioned for an extended time.  Enticing notes of candied molasses, bitter-sweet chocolate chunks, and roasted marshmallows.​​​​​​​

Reba - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 12.2% , 8 oz pour | 8

Assertive. Deep. Warm.
This special brew pours opaque with a chocolate brown head and presents an inviting bourbon nose. An assertive - almost bright - first sip carries through on a rock-steady, deep & roasty malt base. Along the way we find hints of: velvety dark cherry, dark chocolate, raisin, molasses, enveloped throughout with warming charred oak bourbon barrel presence. It coats and warms pleasantly and with even measure, leaving only the need for another sip.

This is a beer you can trust without question, until the end. Like the black Labrador member of the Well Crafted family it is named in memory of, our girl Reba.
