Our Bonito series is a kettle sour Berliner Weisse brewed with malted wheat, lactose for smoothness, and conditioned on rotating fruit additions. The most popular flavor is Flamingo Bonito made with raspberry purée. Throughout the year, you may also see Mango Peach Bonito, Berry Bonito, or experimental flavors like Pomegranate Pineapple Bonito.
A delectable fruited offering that'll have you smiling after each sip! We brewed this tart Berliner Weisse with a bunch of malted wheat, a touch of milk sugar, and conditioned on loads of raspberry purée. Notes of raspberry sorbet, raspberry frozen yogurt, raspberry soda and raspberry rhubarb. Oh, and raspberry!
