Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Simple Days, this interpretation of the classic west coast IPA was brewed with a neutral malt base and judiciously hopped with Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and CTZ. A smooth bitterness throughout with notes of resinous grapefruit, sappy pine and dank citrus.
