A long standing part of American brewing tradition, the pumpkin pie flavored beer is a celebrated classic, heralding in the fall season. Our pumpkin ale was made with a cornucopia of spices, infused with pumpkin in the mash and boil, and fermented cool. The resulting beer has pleasant notes of cinnamon, clove, caramel, and rum.

A devilishly smooth and surprisingly sessionable Milk Stout, silky oats and a balanced helping of milk sugar. Each delicious sip offers a bouquet of baker's chocolate, espresso, dark fruits, and sweetened condensed milk.
8th Anniversary - Imperial Stout - 12%, 8 oz pour | 8
We sampled our way through the barrel cellar again and blended up a a special cuvée consisting of a couple select bourbon barrel aged stouts, a maple bourbon barrel aged stout and enough barleywine to round out the mix. We get big fudgy notes on the nose and taste a pleasantly round barrel character with notes of smooth coffee, toffee and dark chocolate covered raisins . Cheers to another year!
Page Turner - Imperial Stout - 10.4%, 8 oz pour | 8
Far from a one-note brew, if you find yourself on a long and lonesome highway east of Omaha, you'll want this complex brew to cozy up to at the end of the day. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and hopped gently with East Kent Goldings, we boiled for several hours developing all those malty melanoidins exemplified by the style which lend compounding toasted, nutty, and bready notes to this smooth brew. NITRO Wolf Pajamas - Imperial Stout - 10.5%, 8 oz pour | 8
A silky, decadent pour of pure indulgence. This Imperial Stout was brewed with a mountainous array of kilned and roasted malts, giving powerful notes of baker's chocolate, Dulce De Leche, ice cream sundae, and dark cherry.

Continuing our Birthday beer tradition, we brewed this year's hazy IPA with a blend Citra, Nectaron from New Zealand, Strata from Indie Hops in Oregon, and Luna which is a new variety out of Australia we were lucky enough to get our hands on. Notes of tropical candied Paw Paws, orange creamsicles and orchard ripe nectarines. They say it's your Birthday, Hoppy Birthday to you!!

Our crowd favorite IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo. Beautiful and pungent notes of Peach Ring Candy, Meyer Lemon, Champagne mango, and a hint of Pine Sap.

A pillowy soft tropical explosion. Brewed with 2-row and gobs of malted and flaked oats. Loads of Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, and Rakau hops lend powerful notes of cotton candy grapes, candied Kaffir lime rind, and mystery flavor Airheads. This one will become your all.
NITRO Colonel Forbin - West Coast - 7.2%, 16 oz pint | 7.50, 12 oz pour | 6.50, 8 oz pour | 5.50
Like a long-lost friend, this welcoming and approachable West Coast Style IPA greets with a omnipresent aura of happiness. This helping friendly beer was brewed with pale malt and a touch of light crystal and then completely saturated with a blend of Cascade, Comet, Columbus and Simcoe hops. Dank and crisp with notes of candied citrus, resinous pine, and long walks in the woods.

Tart and refreshing, this sour wheat ale was brewed with Himalayan pink salt and coriander and then conditioned on fresh key lime juice. A perfect thirst quencher for the days of summer. Notes of margaritas, key lime pies and days at the beach.
