FIRST COURSE

Brouge Spinach Salad

Spinach, goat cheese, dried cranberries, almonds, pickled radish, and Brouge Belgian Dubbel cherry vinaigrette.

The Board

An appetizer size of our charcuterie board with cured meat, cheese, pepperoncini, granny smith apples, honey, jam, and crusty bread.

SECOND COURSE

Beer Braised Short Rib Sandwich

Beer braised short ribs with Muenster cheese and frizzled onions on a roll. Served with a side of purple cabbage slaw.

Pairs with our IPAs

Miami Nights Cubano Sandwich

A non-traditional Cuban sandwich with swiss, ham, pulled pork, house made pickles, mustard, and pressed between a ciabatta.  Served with a side of Mexican street corn salad.

Pairs with Knights 4 Life and Pogo Stick

 

Final Round French Dip Sandwich

Sliced roast beef lightly topped with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions.  Served on a long roll with melted provolone, horseradish mayo, au jus for dipping, and a side of purple cabbage slaw.

THIRD COURSE

Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Porter Brownies

Served with vanilla ice cream.

Mixed Berry Fruit Tart

With a shortbread crust and whipped cream.
